Amber has been cutting my hair for a few years. I am getting a litle older and my hair is thinning. I don’t know how I manage to leaving the salon looking like I have more hair. She definately has talent if she can makes a head of thinning hair like mine look good! Moda Hair Designs is in a great Downtown San Diego location.
